REASON; The impact of the proposed fence the subject of this application is exacerbated by its present colour. The staining / painting of the fence, as agreed with the applicant, is required in order to reduce the visual impact of the fence on the host property and the surrounding street scene in the interests of furhter minimsing the imapct of the development on local visual amenity. |
