# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 11609-00-004-Ml002 Rev 2, 11609-96-150-MD006 Rev 6 and 11609-96-100-MD006 Rev 6 received by the Local Planning Authority on23 December 2014 and 00000-96-901-00214 Rev2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 8 January 2015 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Access to this site is via Loftus Public Footpath No.139. The applicant should note that the granting of planning permission does not give any authority to close, obstruct or otherwise disturb the public right of way.
4 The applicant should contact the Public Rights of Way Advisor on 01287 612397 if they are or become aware of any need to close the right of way temporarily or to disturb the surface of the footpath.
5 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
