| 3 | Prior to demolition or the commencement of protection works whichever is sooner the recording by historic buildings survey of the jetty to English Heritage level 3 (Understanding Historic Buildings: English Heritage 2006) A Written Scheme of Investigation shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The recording will include a written statement that puts the jetty in historical context as well as recording by photographs and measured drawings. The written statement shall upon completion be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. Prior to demolition or the commencement of protection works whichever is sooner a suitably qualified archaeologist shall inspect the area of and in the vicinity of the fishtail groyne to determine whether the recording of the heritage interests (including HER 3605 and HER 3565) at those locations requires any measured survey or watching brief (or both). A report of the inspection shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority together with the report of the survey and/ or watching brief where they are required as soon as practicable following their completion. Within one month of the completion of the protection works hereby approved a copy of the as built drawings shall be deposited with the Council’s Historic Environment Record. REASON: In the interests of recording the heritage assets. |
| 4 | The applicant is advised liaise closely with the Public Rights of Way Officer and National Trails Officer with regard to the Cleveland Way |
| 5 | No construction or demolition work must take place except between the hours 0730 to 1930 Mondays to Fridays or 0730 to 1200 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays. REASON: Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 6 | No development shall commence, until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved Statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period. The Statement shall provide measures to control the emission of noise dust and vibration during the construction period. and a scheme for recycling/disposing of waste resulting from demolition and construction works. REASON: To protect the amenity of nearby residents and in the interests of highway safety. |
