Within 12 months of the expiration of the 25 year period, all elements of the development shall be removed and the site shall be restored in accordance with a scheme of remediation and reinstatement to first be submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the photovoltaic solar panels and associated infrastructure are removed in a timely manner and the land left in a suitable condition. |
