| 1 | Standard Condition 1 – No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission Standard Condition 2 – No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to – (a) endanger persons using any highway, railway, waterway, dock, harbour or aerodrome (civil or military); (b) obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of, any traffic sign, railway signal or aid to navigation by water or air; or (c) hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: GIS21535-001, 563/6 received by the Local Planning Authority on 15 October 2014 and unnumbered visual showing the height and width received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 August 2014. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The advertisement hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 31/05/16 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of display. REASON: The advertisement is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
| 4 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. . |
