| 4 | The external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission shall be as specified on drawing no. 1812 PL 002 A received by the Local Planning Authority on 30 July 2014 and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials. |
| 5 | Prior to first occupation of the extension the parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the scheme as shown on drawing no. 1812 PL 003 B and shall be retained for parking purposes. REASON: To ensure that there is adequate on-site parking provision to serve the development. |
| 6 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
