REASON; The Local Planning Authority is concerned that the extended servicing hours has the capacity to adversely impact on the amenity of nearby residential properties and it is considered appropriate, in this instance, to allow a trial period of 12 months to assess the impact of the amended servicing hours. |
| 2 | The remaining conditions attached to Planning Approval reference R/2009/0615/FFM dated 3 December 2009 shall continue to apply to the development. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3 | STATEMENT OF CO-OPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted raised amenity concerns. Following negotiations with the applicant a satisfactory resolution has been negotiated. |
