Whilst there are late night uses in the area it is considered that approving an additional late night use, particularly at the rear of other premises would exacerbate the harm these residents may already experience. The development therefore is contrary to the aims of policies DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework |

The applicant has been advised of the concerns however he advised as he owns the premises he does not want to consider vacant town centre premises nearby. |
