The works shall them be completed in accordance with the details agreed. REASON: To ensure that the new archway integrates with the existing hall and features of the listed building. |
| 4 | Prior to the installation on site, details (including samples) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, of the lead substitute to be used on the roof of the building. The works shall then be completed in accordance with the approved details REASON: To ensure the use of suitable materials. |
| 5 | Prior to the installation on site details of the ramp (materials to be used and construction details) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The ramp shall then be constructed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure that the ramp constructed on site would not detract from the special character and appearance of the listed building. |
| 6 | Prior to the commencement of any work on site a full photogrpahic record of the building shall be completed, and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Once agreed the record shall be be deposited with the Councils Historic Environment Record. REASON: To ensure that the building is adequately recorded prior to any alterations taking place. |
| 7 | STATEMENT OF CO-OPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
