# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Block Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20/05/14 Drawing Nos. 1, 2 and 3 received by the Local Planning Authority on 20/05/14 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The existing garage at the application site shall be maintained for the provision of on-site parking and shall not, at any time, be used for any other purpose other than the provision of car parking spaces, nor converted to any other use without the permission of the Local Planning Authority to whom an application must be made. REASON;To ensure sufficient parking is maintained at the site to support the development in the interests of residential amenity and highway safety.
4 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
