| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans / documents: LCD 086 – 100 received by the Local Planning Authority on 24.04.2014 Schedule of works received by the Local Planning Authority on 10.04.2014 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | No development shall take place until a detailed method statement for the repair works has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details only. REASON: In the interests of the protection of the heritage asset and for the avoidance of doubt. |
| 4 | Prior to the installation on site of any replacement materials, details of the materials to be used shall first be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The works shall then be completed in accordance with the details which have be agreed. REASON: To ensure the use of suitable materials which would not detract from the special character and apperance of the listed building. |
| 5 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
