# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 25/02/14 Drawing No. 03 received by the Local Planning Authority on 11/03/14 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The garage parking spaces shown on the approved plan (Drwg no 02-0 Proposed Plans) shall be maintained as on site parking spaces and shall not be used for any other purpose. REASON To ensure the continued provision of on-site parking spaces to serve the residential and commercial use of the extended site in accordance with adopted parking standards.
4 The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
5 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
