1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'FRONT ELEVATION AS PROPOSED 001A' 'PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS 002A' 'PROPOSED ROOF PLANS 003A' received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 February, 2014. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The development, other than for the amendments approved in this permission, shall be completed in all other respects in accordance with the terms of the planning permission (Ref R/2011/0280/FF) dated 1 July 2011 and any planning conditions attached thereto. REASON: To accord with the terms of the existing planning permission.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
