# Condition Details
1 The use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before 5th June 2015 unless an application has been made and approved for the continued use of the site. REASON: In granting a further temporary planning permission for the site, the Local Planning Authority is mindful of the impact of a major fire incident at the applicants addtional site in the locality and the significant impact on the amenity of the Redcar area of that fire. The granting of a further temporary planning permission acknowledges, that whilst the principle of the use is considered acceptable, the Council would wish to have an opportunity to review the use and operation of the site once the report of the relevant body into the fire incident is available for consideration and the impact of any revision to the technical guidance currently published in respect of the storage of biomass.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
3 Informative: The applicant is reminded that the operation of the site at all times should be in accordance with the guidance set out in TGN 7.01 issued by the Environment Agency.
