# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 01 0 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 March 2014, , 02 0 received by the Local Planning Authority on 28 March 2014 and 03 0 received by the Local Planning Authority on 1 April 2014. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
4 The car parking shown on the approved plans shall be made available for parking prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved and shall thereafter be maintained. REASON: To ensure adequate parking is available for the development.
5 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted required amendment and clarification with regard to parking. The additional/revised drawings have been received and a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
