3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 The applicant is advised that the development will require an Environmental Permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from the Environment Agency. The applicant should therefore contact the Environment Agency to obtain the relevant permit.
