# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 000-01-Rev02, GB.009.061.GA.001, 000-02-Rev02, 200-02-Rev02, GB.009.061.GA.013, 60-02-Rev02, 050-02-Rev02 ,300-05-Rev02 , 300-06-Rev02,300-07-Rev03, 300-08-Rev02, GB.009.061.GA.003, GB.009.061.GA.005,GB.009.061.GA.002, GB009.061.GA.012,GB.009.061.GA.001, GB.009.061.GA.007, C001, C005, GB.009.061.D.504, Mul/04/11,GB.009.061.D.504 received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 December 2013, 2000-01-Rev03, 360-01-Rev03, 300-01-Rev03, 300-02-Rev04, 300-03-Rev03, 170-01-Rev02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27 March 2014 and GB.009.061.GA.00 received by the Local Planning Authority on 16 April 2014. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of ten years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
4 Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
5 The proposed development as submitted was considered to be an acceptable scheme. Additional plans for Phase 1 elevation plans were required and these have been submitted.
