| 2 | Following the dismantling and further assessment of the cabin timbers and associated structure, a full and detailed method statement shall be prepared and submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval and the works shall be carried out in accordance with that method statement unless the Local Planning Authority has given its consent to any variation of the works. |
| 3 | The method statement required to be submitted and approved under condition (2) above shall include plans at a scale of 1:20 which illustrate new joinery works. |
