REASON: To ensure that any replacement gutters and downpipes are of an appropriate design and type in order to preserve the character of a grade II* heritage asset. |
| 6 | Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved and notwithstanding the information submitted with the application in the General Scope of Works received on 9.12.2013, a detailed schedule and specification of works shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the works carried out in accordance with the approved specification and maintained in the approved manner. REASON: Whilst the conversion of the property to four dwellings, and the works associated with that change of use, are considered acceptable, the Local Planning Authority considers it necessary to require the full schedule and specification of works to be agreed in order the preserved the character of the heritage asset. |
| 7 | Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and to protect the character and appearance of the heritage asset. |
| 8 | STATEMENT OF COOPERTIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
