# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'Proposed 01A' 'Proposed 02A' received by the Local Planning Authority on 20 November, 2013. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the extensions hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
4 Notwithstanding the materials shown on the submitted plans the new windows and doors shall be constructed in timber. REASON: To ensure that a suitable material is used in the construction of the external openings.
5 Prior to occupation of the extension/dwelling hereby approved, the proposed windows in the eastern elevation shall be obscure glazed and thereafter retained as such at all times. REASON: To prevent overlooking of neighbouring properties.
6 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considered that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory revision to the scheme has been negotiated.
