# Condition Details
1 The work shall be begun not later than the expiration of TWO YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
2 All works to the tree(s) shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the tree(s).
3 A scheme of replanting comprising of a broadleaf specimen for example Limw, Oak, Beech, Mapple or Hornbeam shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority in the planting season following the removal of the tree(s). REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
