# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed plans/elevation, Job No 270, Sheet 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 03.10.13, and, - Typical external roller shutter section, Job No 270, Sheet 3, Rev. A, - Photographs of proposed external roller shutter profiles, Rev A manufacturers photograph of shutter style above window cill added, both received by the Local Planning Authority on 15.01.14. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external materials (including their colour and finish) to be used in the carrying out of the development hereby approved, shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in their entirety. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 STATEMENT OF CO-OPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. .
