# Condition Details
1 The building hereby approved shall be altered and retained as ancillary accommodation to the main dwelling, Overbeck South, in accordance with Drawing No 1377/22 received by the Local Planning Authority on 12/11/13. The proposed works shall be carried out and fully implemented by 20/11/14. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development that protects neighbour amenity and highway safety
2 The building hereby retained shall be used solely as accommodation ancillary to the use of the main dwelling approved under planning reference R/10/0604/FF granted on 7.10.2010 and completed on site. The retained building shall not be sold, let or otherwise occupied as a person(s) sole or main place of residence at ant time.. REASON: The building is considered acceptable as ancillary accommodation to the main dwelling only in order to ensure that the number of dwellings served off a private drive shall not exceed five as required by the grant of planning permission dated 7.10.2010 in the interests of highway safety.
3 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. .
4 The applicant is advised that all other conditions relating to the planning approval R/2010/0604/FF are still applicable.
