| 3 | No repair, restoration , reinstatement or replacement of any of the statuary, sundials or weathervane the subject of this consent shall be undertaken until a conservators report or reports on that repair, restoration, reinstatement and replacement have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The works shall not proceed otherwise than in accordance with the approved details. The timescales advised in the application documentation (e-mails dated 1 and 7 January 2014) shall be adhered to unless otherwise agreed via the mechanism of the conservators report(s). REASON: In the interests of the integrity of heritage assets. |
