# Condition Details
1 The work shall be begun not later than the expiration of TWO YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
2 All works to the trees shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the trees.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The Local Planning Authority is satisfied that the works proposed will not materially affect the amenity value of the trees and are required in the interests of good arboricultural management and the long term health of the tree. The application therefore accords with Policy CS22 of the Council's Local Development Framework.
