# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Floor Plans as Proposed, Drawing Number 090231-A02-001A - Elevations & Sections as Proposed, Drawing Number 090231-B02-002A received by the Local Planning Authority on 25 June 2013 and 03 September 2013 respectively. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external materials (including their colour and finish) to be used in the carrying out of the development hereby approved, shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
