# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. A-100:01 Rev 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 06/06/13 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The building/use hereby permitted shall be removed/discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before (01/10/14) in accordance with a scheme of work submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
4 The premises shall not be open to customers outside the following hours:- Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 20:30 REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
5 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
