# Condition Details
1 The proposed care home due to its design, in particular the front facade and expanses of blank walls would result in a building that would not complement the adjacent home or the wider area to the detriment of the appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of the concerns however no amendments have been submitted.
