| 3 | Details of the bricks to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of repair works and the repair works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials. |
| 4 | The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan. |
| 5 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
