| 2 | Notwithstanding the submitted details the following information shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing prior to the commencement of development: 1. Planting schedules (including densities) and landscaping maintenance plan. 2. Colour of external materials to be used in the development. 3. Colour of hardsurfacing materials to be used in the development. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. |
| 3 | The submitted drawings indicate revised orientation of two of the proposed chalets. There is no objection to the reorientation. This will, however, need to be the subject of a non material amendment application for Planning Approval Reference number R/2012/0561/OO. |
| 4 | The attention is drawn to planning permission R/2012/0561/OO that includes conditions requiring details to be discharged prior to the commencement of development and/or prior to occupation. |
| 5 | The proposed details will achieve a form of development that can be assimilated into the site without detriment to residential amenity or the appearance of the area. The development therefore accords with the aims of policies CS6, CS20, CS22,DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework |
| 6 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
