The details shall include size, type and species of plant and indicate the proposed layout and surfacing of all open areas. A programme of work should also be submitted and the scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To reserve the rights of the Local Planning Authority with regard to these matters. |
| 2 | All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the date of this approval and any trees or plants which within a period of ten years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3 | Notwithstanding the submitted drawing 1200020-005 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 May 2013 a revised plan shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within four weeks of the date of this approval that shows a corrected east elevation. REASON: The east elevation shown on the submitted plans is incorrect and for the avoidance of doubt. |
| 4 | Within six months of the date of this approval on site parking and turning areas shall have been provided at the site in accordance with details that have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: These have not yet been provided at the site. |
| 5 | The applicant's agent was requested to provide additional information and corrected plans. This was in part complied with but as a result of a partial response it is necessary to impose a planning condition to secure corrected plans. |
