2 All works to the tree(s) shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the tree(s).
3 A scheme of replanting comprising (ENTER) shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority in the planting season following the removal of the tree(s). REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
