Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 12050 L {90} 03 revision A and 12050 D [90] 10 received by the Local Planning Authority on 5 April 2013. REASON: To accord with the terms of the application. |
| 3 | The advertisements hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 20 May 2016 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of display. REASON: The advertisements are such that they would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed temporary advertisements due to their size and location would not create conditions prejudicial to amenity or public safety and will not compromise the aims of Policy DP12 of the Local Development Framework or the Shop Fronts and Advertisements SPD. |
