Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing Number PROV/S/NL/0373/202A received by the Local Planning Authority on 05/03/13 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this existing commercial centre. It would not have an adverse impact on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not affect highway safety. The proposal accords with the NPPF and the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
| 4 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
