# Condition Details
1 The work shall be begun not later than the expiration of TWO YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
2 All works to the tree(s) shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the tree(s).
3 Felling of Sycamore (Tag 357). REASON: The tree is recorded as being felled because it is adjacent to an existing wall. It was confirmed by the Council's Arborist that the tree is located several metres from the wall, was in reasonable condition and worthy of retention in the interest of visual amenity of the area.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The Local Planning Authority is satisfied that the removal of the tree(s) is required in the interests of good arboricultural management. REASON FOR DECISION: The Local Planning Authority is satisfied that the works proposed will not materially affect the amenity value of the tree(s) and are required in the interests of good arboricultural management and the long term health of the tree. The application therefore accords with Policy ENV32 of the Council's Local Development Framework.
