# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: A.05 T received by the Local Planning Authority on 03.06.2013 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed aerial will not detract from the special character and setting of the Listed Building. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Local Development Framework.
4 STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3, DP9 and DP10. Other Policy Documents - Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Guisborough Conservation Area Appraisal.
