Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'SD6833. 13 00 Proposed New Signage' received by the Local Planning Authority on 30 January, 20123 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The luminance of the sign(s) shall not exceed 800 cd/m2 REASON: In the interest of highway safety OR In the interest of visual amenities of the area. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed advertisement is considered to be appropriate within this existing commercial centre. It would not have an adverse impact on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely affect highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
