# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: A(90)EXP100 Rev 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27.03.2013 A(90)GAP100 Rev 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27.03.2013 A(90)GAV100 Rev 02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27.03.2013 A(90)GAV101 Rev 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27.03.2013 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR GRANTING PLANNING PERMISSION The application proposes the modification of an existing building to remove the external alls and roof and replace them with a timber means of enclosure to the existing plant. The development would significantly reduce the impact of the present building on the amenity of the adjoining properties and would complement the appearance of the locality. The proposal raises no additional issues in terms of crime prevention or highways safety and accords with policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Local Development Framework.
4 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
