3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan.
4 COOPERATIVE WORKING STATEMENT: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS7, CS18, CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3, DP9, DP10 and Guisborough Conservation Area Appraisal.
