# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'T.1012.001 A' received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th November, 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
4 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9.
