| 3 | REASON FOR DECISION: The buildings on site for which demolition is proposed do not have any architectural merit and do not enhance the Conservation Area. For these reasons the demolition of the two buildings is considered acceptable and the proposal accords with policy DP9 of the Local Development Framework. |
| 4 | STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
