| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: Due to the amount and type of development proposed it is considered that the proposed development will not compromise the integrity of this Listed Building and would preserve the character and appreance of the Conservation Area. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25, DP9 and DP10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
