# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '1463/3' and '1463/4' received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th October, 2012. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies , CS18, CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
4 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS18, CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9.
