Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 4 | The advertisement proposed does not raise any issues in terms of highways safety and it is considered that the development will not adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or neighbour amenity. The proposal accords with policies CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP12 along with the guidance contained within the Shop Fronts and Advertisements SPD. |
