| 1 | The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | The permission hereby granted shall be limited to a period of 36 months from the date of implementation. Not later than six months after the development hereby approved becomes operational, a scheme for the restoration of the site, including the dismantling and removal of all elements above ground level shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be carried out and completed within twelve months from the date that the planning permission hereby granted expires. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application which sought a temporary consent for a period of 36 months. |
| 3 | Prior to the commencement of development the developer must notify UK DVOF & Powerlines at the Defence Geographic Centre with the following information: - Precise location of development - Date of commencement of construction - Date of completion of construction - The height above ground level of the tallest structure - The maximum extension height of any construction equipment - Details of aviation warning lighting fitted to the structure(s) A copy of the notification shall also be sent to the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development REASON: In the interests of aviation safety and to comply with the requirements of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that due to the design and location of the proposed met masts they will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents, or adversely affect the character and appearance of the landscape. No issues are raised in respect of ecological, heritage/archaeology, or other matters that cannot be appropriately dealt with by planning conditions. It is considered that the development the aims of both with national and local planning policy. |
| 5 | The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. . |
