# Condition Details
1 The caravan hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 28 February 2014 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it has only be permitted due to special circumstances of the applicant and would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
2 Within 28 days of the date of this approval the applicant shall submit a fully completed Foul Drainage Assessment Form (FDA1) to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety within three months of the date the Local Planning Authority confirm the details are acceptable. REASON: In the interests of maintaining a satisfactory water environment.
3 The application site is close to land that has been identified as having a history of potential contamination. It is not considered that the development proposed will give rise to 'significant risk' to health or pollution of controlled waters. It is recommended, however, that the attention of the applicant be drawn to the risk of contaminants in, on or under the site
4 It is considered that due to the special circumstances of the applicant and the needs of the pig farm a temporary permission for the stationing of a caravan at this site is acceptable.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS6, CS12, CS20, CS22, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP6, DP7 and DP8.
6 The applicant has been advised on three occasions that non mains drainage details are required but has failed to submit the relevant documentation. The Environment Agency have advised that in this instance the Authority could consider imposing a condition having noted the caravan is already in situ but that they would not withdraw their objection until satisfactory details were received
