# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Plan No 11056-002 A Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 12/12/12 Plan No 11056-003 A Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 12/12/12 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
4 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated involving a reduction in the size of the watch tower resulting in a more balanced form of development.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS20, CS25, DP1, DP2, DP3 and DP10.
