Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 4 | It is considered that the proposed advertisement will not adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The advert does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety. The proposal accords with policies CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP12 of the Local Development Framework and the guidance contained within the Shop Front and Advertisements Supplementary Planning Document. |
