Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |

| 4 | The proposed signage does not raise any issues in terms of crime prevention or highways safety. No illumination is proposed and given the location the scheme does not raise any issues in terms of highways safety. The design and location of the signs is considered appropriate and the application does not adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The proposal accords with the policies CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP12 and the Shop Front and Advertisements SPD. |
