# Condition Details
1 The sculptures shall not be installed later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 It is considered that the proposed sculptures will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
3 The Local Planning Authority consider that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS18, CS20, DP2, DP3.
